CultureRx was started as the embodiment of our passionate belief that there is a better way to work. We have spent our careers as agents of change, working for 20+ years in corporate environment and training related fields. Having come from different backgrounds, we were both driven by an intuitive notion that results-focused environments foster productive employees and have a positive effect on overall performance.
