Are you ready to learn how to establish a ROWE for your team, department or organization? In this intense, interactive 2-day immersion, CultureRx unveils its proven ROWE Migration process. You’ll work side-by-side with Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson, the creators of ROWE, to exercise proven social change techniques that can unlock and un-stick the inertia of your work culture.

Participants will gain a high-level understanding of the repeatable 3-phase process, as well as CultureRx’s entire set of complementary ROWE facilitation tools.
